Do not order pick up! Waited for 20 minutes no one comes out. Go into restaurant and they said the girl didn't show that works in pick ups. Steak way under cooked, food cold and blooming onion soggy. For the money spent would rather had not even bothered. Called spoke to manager made excuses. Then blamed corporate. NEVER AGAIN

We had the best visit to Outback this evening that we have had in years. The food was great but the service was awesome. Dylan was friendly, punctual and went out of his way to make sure our experience was satisfying. He even took my grumpy Uncle in stride, kudos Dylan. 🙌

Great valentine's day lunch! The restaurant was decently busy and the food still came out quickly. Our steaks were cooked very nicely. The server was really nice and attentive. I always have a good experience at Outback.

My husband and I had dinner here. The service was friendly very helpful. Their steaks are fantastic. Love their salads too. Great service. Great food. Great atmosphere.

Went here recently. Our server was fantastic! I think his name was Brandon? He repeated our order back to us to made sure our steaks we're cooked to our liking, we had the right sides and drinks we wanted. Checked on us frequently, cracked jokes, and was very attentive. It was a great experience.

First time visiting Outback and it was DELICIOUS!! My steak was cooked perfectly and was so tender. I consider myself a mac and cheese critic and theirs was delicious! My biggest surprise was the Chocolate Thundrr brownie and ice cream. It was so warm and literally melted in my mouth. Beyond Heavenly! We'll be back soon and I'll be getting that brownie again for sure!

i love outback steakhouse! i don’t go as often anymore due to how far the location is from me but when i do go it is delicious. i love the bread they give you, the steaks are super flavorful and they have delicious mac and cheese! i can’t forget about the gold coast coconut shrimp as well, that is so good. like i said, i would go more often if there was a location closer to me! they also have to go ordering which is awesome! the staff is very friendly usually, sometimes there are people who seem less patient and happy to serve but not often.

I got the bone in ribeye (with garlic butter topping), mashed potatoes, and ceasar salad. Also a blooming onion for an appetizer.Everything looked amazing! The service was surprisingly quick and our waitress was very attentive to all our needs. The mashed potatoes and ceasar salad were spot on, and the blooming onion was huge and really good, but let's be real the star of the show is the steak. Unfortunately my steak looked slightly better than it tasted. It was a little chewy and had a little bit of a grainy texture to it. Not the best steak I've ever had. Still a solid 4 star steak, but I do have high expectations when I'm paying $30 for it.

Jessica on To Go was very friendly. However after I left, I stopped on my way home and discovered 4 issues with my order. I called and spoke to someone who said he was the manager. He mis-gendered me 3 times; twice after I corrected him. He offered a 20 dollar off my next purchase and I headed on home. Once there, I discovered my steak, which was supposed to be medium well, was actually medium rare. It was gross. It was a 23 dollar steak, and I am ticked. I called and spoke to Jessica who apologized repeatedly. After, I tried to eat the steak, and even heated it in the microwave but after 4 minutes in the microwave it was still medium rare. I ended up throwing away over half the steak because it wasn't edible. They only get two stars because Jessica really tried and was very customer oriented. I have photos of the steak but won't post them here out of respect for medium well steak lovers.

Great fast service good food, kind of pricey. My prime rib want anything to brag about and my baked potato was dry. Part time I was here the food was better. Maybe they're just overwhelmed with Mother's day dinner rush. Raspberry Cheesecake was delish! Sangria was yummy too.

Ask for Miranda, she is the bomb! Great atmosphere. Clean and friendly. This is the best Outback we have eaten at and we WILL be back. I highly recommend here for a night out, a celebration, or just because we want to get together for some good food and a good time!

Had a great meal tonight at Outback! Helped to have the free coconut shrimp special!! Our server Doug was on top of it with refills and other needs that came about. Not the cheapest steak but one of the best I've had.

Good is good, and the portions are decent for the price. Family friendly atmosphere. Clean and organized.

Over all great experience, great food, our waitress was great, hostess very nice and even one of the chefs come out and ask how everything is.One thing that I noticed while I was going back to seat I saw a bald guy in the bar I think it was Doug and he was taking someone’s order and being rude not happy no smiling and seemed like he doesn’t ever want to be at work and he’s not very nice to his fellow Employees. Even when he was my waiter he was rude and made the dining experience bad.

Really good prime rib the salmon was over cooked but still tasty. Service was excellent. This Outback is have down better than Layton

The steaks were cooked perfectly (MR) and nicely seasoned. I watched the bus staff disinfect the table, chairs, and everything before they sat another party. Tables 6' apart. Taking safety seriously, great food, and good service. Thanks for feeding us again!!

Restaurant looked like all other outbacks, except for the torn seat covers in the booths. No pic of that because a family sat there when I noticed. As a steak house, you would think they could cook a steak. I asked for medium well and got pretty rare. I sent it back. The problem was that it was already charred the first time. Also known for its Blooming onion, not so great. Dough was not cooked deep in the onion and burned on the ends. Service was fine but staff was feeling stressed.

Excellent food, excellent service. The place is clean, and comfy.

The food and experience were just okay. I really enjoyed my salad and coconut shrimp, but felt like I could have cooked a steak at home and it would have been just as good. The service was a little strange. My partner and I sat at the bar and didn’t feel the warmth or Aussie vibe you’d expect. We felt a lot like we were an inconvenience because we wanted an alcohol drink and to order food. I’ve been to several Outbacks throughout the U.S. and have had better experiences. I would recommend Texas Roadhouse over Outback!

Service was a tad slow, it took 20 minutes to get a bottled beer and they didn't have a full shot of Jameson for the drink I ordered. The entrees came out about 3 minutes after the soup and salad. Prime rib was difficult to cut, and had a lot of grisly pieces--very bland. T-bone was just "okay." Luckily, we had a gift card that covered 2/3 of the cost, so it was a cheaply priced mediocre dinner.

Food really good waitstaff really nice. Jessica, Ted and Miranda are three regular servers as they are great. Don’t really wait to long for the food But was here not to long and Doug the bartender was very rude to us, other customers and other employees. And this is not the first time Doug has acted this way. I almost stopped coming because of his actions.

The food was great. Our server, Eduardo, was very polite and attentive. We were shown to our table for seven very quickly.

Outback is one of my favorite steakhouses. I always get a steak and it’s always cooked perfectly. I’ve never had a bad steak here. All the food is delicious. The service has always been quick too.

The staff were great the two visits that I made here. Food was delicious and the recommendations that we took were perfect. Will return to eat again. Had appetizers and separate entrees everything was spot on. Can't wait to come back and try again. Thanks guys.

The food was great! We got there at 8, waited to be seated for about 2 minutes. The waiter was super nice. The cocktail was yummy, bread soft & warm. The lobster tail was tender & good although a little small. The steak was to die for! Cooked perfectly and that garlic butter brought it to another level! The coconut shrimp was also amazing, the only complaint I had was the Mac and cheese, I paid $2 extra as it was a “premium” side and I couldn’t even eat it. It was covered with so much cracked pepper it made me choke. The waiter apologized and brought me a plain Mac and cheese to go but I still paid the extra $2 for the “premium” baked macaroni dish, which I thought was unfair. Other than that everything else was spectacular.

TOTALLY AMAZING TASTE!! WE WENT WITH THE NY STEAKS AND SURF AND TURF. WE ALL LOVED IT COMING BACK FORSHURE

We eat at Outback at least once a week. We love their crispy chicken salads. Used Door Dash for the first time to order our salads and unfortunately, we were not pleased with what we received. However, the take out person, took great ownership of the issue and was quite apologetic, she quickly forwarded the call to the managing partner, and our satisfaction with the resolution could not be greater. Service like this and ownership of mistakes make a great customer experience. Thank you for the quick fixes and we will definitely be back soon.

Awesome dinner and great customer service. This was my first time eating at this restaurant and it was my birthday and they were so polite. We didnt have to wait long either.

Good service for take out. Friendly people. I was told that they would make right the two raw steaks. Friendly but far from the best food

Great food! But we had a bad server that was not organized. Never brought out bread until we asked for it. Took our drink order and brought them quick. Ordered appetizer and server never came back to place our food order until 20 minutes later when he brought the appetizer. Then water was not filled up so we asked other servers since our servee was missing in action somewhere. Server was not smiling and may have been having a bad day but rubbed off on us. The food was delicious but the server needs some more tips on customer service and at least smile regardless of how bad your day is.I didn't see a survey on my receipt I kept so wrote the review instead. I have been here numerous times with great service but tonight was a fail. I saw the other servers and they were so outgoing and talking to the guests. Wish j had one of them =)

Absolutely amazing, place was packed and we didn’t have to wait, our server Madison was absolutely amazing, super nice, our food and bar drinks came out so quick. We literally sat down and started eating and didn’t stop till we left, steaks were cooked to perfection and service was 11 out of 10

Went here for anniversary. Was the worst place ever. Ask for well done stake, it came out bloody sent it back then it came back charcoal. Service was bad. Tried to tell waitress that I won't eat this 30.00 stake that it is charcoal and her response was well have a good night. Never again will we go here. Texas road house is a 1000 times better. Teaches us to try new places. Over priced, rude employees, burned food.

Not the place to go for lunch. If you are having a business meeting and want to grab some food at the same time, not the blest place to go.The atmosphere is quiet and the service doesn't bother you, but food quality isn't what you pay. You do not get your value for what is a steakhouse. The soda pop is good.

I love Outback! Not many chain restaurants from the 90s have kept up their success, but I think Outback has. The berry best thing about it, though, is their Thunder from Down Under dessert -- yummmmmm. My husband and I often go just for that because we love it so much. It's on par with any other high-quality dessert. (My personal preference, though, is to get it without the chocolate shavings and whipped cream.)

The food is freshly prepared to your satisfaction. Seasoned to delight most taste buds. Staff are friendly and attentive. I enjoy steak and having some leftovers for the next day!

Usually great food. My steak was overdone once but enjoyable still. Staff are good. The atmosphere is enjoyable.

Everything was delicious I'd give 5 stars but the music was a bit to much for me but I definitely recommend them Eduardo was amazing as well

I usually love this place and have had great meals here. I don't know if management has changed recently, but had terrible experiences the last few times going there. We were told our wait would be no longer than twenty to twenty five minutes the past few times going there and turns out to be about an hour wait each time. I have two young kids so the extra time waiting is very aggravating. The last time was the same thing. We were not seated until an hour after we were told it would be a twenty minute wait. I told the person that it had been well after the time they had quoted us and they seemed put off by that. Shortly after leaving my entire family had food poisoning. Will likely not be returning to this location for a while. We usually really love this place, but because of this experience will likely not be returning any time soon.

I love the ribs here. Steaks are also my favorite for being so juicy and flavorful. The kids meals come with a variety of selections so your littles can get healthy option choices. I also just tried the baked potato soup and it is my new favorite!

There aren't a lot of outback steakhouses in the valley, so if you're really craving outback steakhouse you should go here. However if you're looking for a good price steak there are other steakhouses that I would recommend. This place really is the only place you can get a great blooming onion, and it's a bit more comfortable than longhorn, and it's more quiet than a Texas Roadhouse or Ruby River. So I would recommend going here honestly for a date over any other steakhouse that's not expensive.

Outback never let's me down. I had the steak & lobster. It was great, and I plan to get it again. Great service from Doug & Steve, I think, in the bar area at a comfortable 2 person booth. Give them visit.

Finest spot to eat food when in a hurry. Their service is fast, pricing is affordable, fantastic vibes. Will come visit again

This place always seems to amaze me. Lobster was Killer! Would recommend this Outback Steakhouse to everyone!

Outback is one of my all time favorites. The biggest slab of prime rib, mac and cheese (so good) and a salad. We make different selections for appetizers and they are always good. Lets not forget the really good bread and that butter. Yummy! Staff is always friendly and keeps right on top of your table so you never are stuck looking for someone for a refill or more bread etc. The environment is nice and if you make reservations in advance there is hardly ever a wait.

This Outback is always good. The quality of food is great and service is outstanding. It is a good value for your money. My only complaint is they have a hard time cooking a steak to medium or medium well.

First time and won't be the last. I loved their New York Steak, medium rare. And it was just as we asked. Great service and really good sides. I prefer Outback over Texas Roadhouse on the steaks for sure. They give bigger portions.

Food is Amazingly Delicious. Its nice for a sit down dinner enjoying fine food.
